On Friday december 12th, FINCA Guatemala Head Office celebrated the carreer of a very important staff member: Julissa Castillo. She has provided all her knowledge to the institution being a role model in terms of dedication, service, loyalty and responsability through a decade. Julissa is a clear example of professional evolution inside FINCA and we are honored to have her as part of our staff. She started as a customer service representative and is now Non Banking Services Manager.
