I authorize to consult my information in the entities that provide information services, credit bureaus and credit bureaus; and I expressly authorize so that I can provide all my personal data and sensitive personal data to the entities that provide information services, credit bureaus and credit bureaus; I also expressly authorize the entities that provide information services, credit bureaus and credit bureaus to collect, disseminate, distribute and market my personal and credit behavior information, for the purpose of verification and analysis of credit granting. This authorization is granted subject to the right to update and rectify the information, if the data is found to be erroneous, incomplete or inaccurate. By virtue of what is authorized in this document and specific clause, what is stipulated in the Penal Code and the Law on Access to Public Information is inapplicable, therefore I exempt from any responsibility the entities that provide information services, credit bureaus and credit bureaus, for the dissemination, distribution and commercialization of my information.
