Mother’s Day is a very important day in Guatemala and it has become a tradition for FINCA Guatemala to celebrate this day with our clients and employees. This year was no exception. As the month started, a poster was placed in all FINCA offices to congratulate all mothers. On May 11th, every branch countrywide had a small celebration for all of our employees that are mothers.

On May 23rd a big celebration took place in each of our branches. The staff prepared a small talent show for clients which included contests with many prizes and a special raffle prize at the show’s end. This event is one of the many loyalty-building events that our clients really enjoy participating in.
