Training our staff and improving agricultural care

Recently our western agencies together with Popayán have carried out specialized training in technologies applied to agricultural credit.

This initiative was designed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of agency heads and executives. The main objective of this personalized session was to clarify doubts and prepare participants to significantly improve the information communicated to our clients.

During the training, various relevant topics were addressed such as the implementation of new technologies in the agricultural sector, best practices to optimize credit management, and how to use digital tools to facilitate effective communication with clients. Additionally, case studies and practical examples were provided that illustrated how these technologies can improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Participants had the opportunity to interact directly with technology experts and agricultural credit specialists, allowing for hands-on and enriching learning. The training was developed in a collaborative and dynamic environment, where the exchange of ideas and the resolution of common problems in the current context of the agricultural sector were encouraged.
