Financial education for our clients
The Financial Education training event, held on June 11, brought together a select group of key professionals within our organization: Agency Heads, customer experience executives, business executives and home recovery officers. The main purpose of this training session was to start participants on a deep learning journey about financial education, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to apply it effectively in their daily lives.
During the day, attendees not only acquired solid theoretical knowledge, but also actively participated in practical workshops designed to strengthen their understanding and practical application of these concepts. From budget management strategies to investing principles and personal financial planning, each session was designed to equip our leaders with the tools necessary to become financial change agents for our clients.
In addition to preparing participants to improve the customer experience by offering added value in the form of financial knowledge, this training also aimed to foster an internal culture of excellence and service. By strengthening the individual competencies of our teams, we are positioning ourselves not only as providers of financial services, but as trusted advisors capable of guiding our clients towards more informed and successful financial decisions.
